The Dresdner Whisky Manufaktur was founded in 2019 and is currently building one of the largest and most modern whisky distilleries in Germany.

For the distillery, which will be completed by September 2021, we are looking for a brewmaster with the desire to help us build something big and beautiful together.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the brewmaster team with all tasks
  • Planning, organizing, and supervising projects
  • Participation in the optimization of technical and organizational processes
  • Operational work in the brewery, laboratory, and assistance in the distillery
  • Implementation and improvement of our quality philosophy together with the brewing team

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree as a certified brewmaster or beverage technologist, or a comparable qualification
  • Completed apprenticeship as a brewer and maltster
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and experience with process control systems
  • Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension
  • Handson mentality
  • Communication skills and organizational talent
  • Passionate commitment and high level of personal responsibility
  • Willingness to work in shifts
