Training Content

During your training with us, you will learn how to provide individual advice, support, and assistance to people with disabilities in order to create a living and working environment where they can feel comfortable and develop.

The training is organized in a block week system, alternating between theory and practice, and consists of 1600 hours for practical training and 2000 hours for theoretical and practical lessons at our vocational school for social work. The lessons are competency-oriented and include the following modules:

Module 1: Profession and Identity
Module 2: Inclusion and Participation
Module 3: Development and Attachment
Module 4: Health and Care
Module 5: Relationship and Communication
Module 6: Organization and Management
Module 7: Creativity and Movement
Module 8: Practical Training

The practical training takes place at a training provider in an outpatient or inpatient facility for disability support and social psychiatry.
