About the Role:
Our back-office collections team is looking to fill repossession and insurance positions to support our auto lending portfolio.

In this role, you will be key in helping the company achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives.

Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and document status of accounts and initiate telephone contact with insurance companies and repossession agents
Review, cancel and file claims against ancillary insurance products
Manage customer warranty and Gap Claims
Total Loss vehicle processing
Consumer data entry
Impound repossession handling
Establish and monitor payment plans
Review and make recommendations for repossessions
Adhere to all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls specific to the job functions
Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned
All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am

4:30 pm Eastern.
HS Diploma or GED
3+ years customer service or backoffice experience in a highvolume environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with numbers
Intermediate proficiency with Windowsbased software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel)
Solid analytical and multitasking skills that result in solid decisionmaking skills and time management
Easily manage through change

Travel required:

No travel is required for this position
