Your Responsibilities

  • You support us in daily business (creditor and debtor management)
  • You have control (substantive / numerical) of incoming invoices via ERP system
  • You keep track of bookings, incoming invoices, clarification of open item accounts, and request for documents
  • You have an eye on the bookings of payment advices / and the processing of payment files (debtor management)
  • You monitor intrastate declarations and statistics
  • You support us in monthly and annual closing activities

Job Requirements:


Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, ideally in ecommerce
  • You have excellent numerical understanding and strong analytical skills
  • You have a structured, solutionoriented, and deadlineconscious way of working
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications, especially
