Entry-level position: Emergency and Service Control Center Operator (m/f/d) in the field of security services

We are available 24/7 in our Emergency and Service Control Center (NSL) for companies and private individuals who have their danger and fault reporting systems connected to us.

We use state-of-the-art technology for receiving and processing messages and are known for our professional work.

We are certified and audited by the Association of Loss Prevention (VdS) according to the guidelines VdS and 2, meeting the highest standards.

To strengthen our team in Bremen, we are looking for an:


Entry-level Emergency and Service Control Center Operator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:


  • Point of contact for our customers
  • Recording, forwarding, and tracking of danger, emergency, and alarm messages
  • Processing of alarm and fault messages according to a predefined action plan
  • Coordination of our emergency personnel and service partners nationwide
  • Conducting video surveillance

Requirements:


  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Previous experience in an emergency call center or call center is desirable
  • Technical understanding and good computer skills
  • Ideally, a qualification as a specialist for protection and security or certified security
