Employee (m/f/d) in the field of invoice processing:


My tasks:


  • Processing of complaints, including:
  • Analysis of complaints
  • Identification of causes and proposal of appropriate action plans, e.g. credit notes, writeoffs, legal steps, etc.
  • Issuance of credit notes
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of invoicing
  • Maintenance of billing templates and ensuring their content consistency
  • Sending and managing invoices

My qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
  • Independent, solutionoriented and precise way of working
