Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an electrician / mechatronics technician for the maintenance of locomotives (m/f/d) for DB Cargo AG at the Kornwestheim location.
Your tasks:

You are responsible for the proper execution of maintenance and repair work on locomotives
As part of troubleshooting and problem solving, you carry out independent testing and measurement activities
By confirming your tasks, you confirm a proper execution of work
Recording data and information on work documents and using a tablet are also part of your tasks
You always follow the guidelines of the applicable regulations when carrying out your tasks
You contribute to the continuous improvement process
During your training, you will undergo basic training as well as qualifications for different vehicle series
After successful further training, you will independently carry out maintenance and testing activities in safety-critical areas (e.g. train protection, radio, non-destructive testing)

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a vocational training, e.g. as an electrician, mechatronics technician or in a comparable profession in the field of electrical engineering or mechanics
You have theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of maintenance or assembly
You already have experience in troubleshooting and problem
