Bronxville, NY branch is currently seeking a
Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) to work in
Walluf as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities as Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d):

  • As Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d), you will be responsible for order management, including order processing, organization, and monitoring of timely delivery, as well as invoicing.
  • You will also be the first point of contact for commercial inquiries from customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Additionally, you will act as a liaison between suppliers, production, and logistics service providers.
  • Lastly, you will support the sales team with your commercial expertise in commercial matters.

Your profile as Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d):

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have gained several years of professional experience
  • we are also happy to train motivated career starters or career changers in this field.
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge in the areas of sales support and order management.
  • You are familiar with MS Office and have good German and English skills.
  • You are also known for your good communication and teamwork skills.
