Your tasks:

We are looking for a qualified nurse (m/f/d) with professional experience for our central bed management at Katharinenhospital in the Mitte location.

The task of bed management is to coordinate emergency admissions and transfers from the interdisciplinary emergency department (INA) to the hospital. Bed management reports directly to the nursing center management.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the organizational treatment process for emergency patients from admission in the emergency department to transfer or discharge in shift work
  • Central search for suitable beds for emergency patients in the INA in close cooperation with the treating departments
  • Central recording of the bed occupancy situation for the entire hospital
