Description

_Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking a helpful individual with excellent customer service skills to join our client communication team full time in Precision's Scotts Valley location._

Work 10:15am 6:45pm Monday through Friday
Talk to clients over the phone with a friendly, approachable manner
Schedule and confirm appointments
Inform clients of our 24hour cancellation policy
Collect balances due on patient accounts including coinsurance and copays over the phone
Contact insurance companies to verify policy coverage
Use Google calendar, Asana, Gmail and Google docs to coordinate with team members regarding client scheduling
Complete data entry efficiently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Complete regular and unprompted light cleaning tasks including dusting, wiping down work areas, reracking magazines
Attend work as scheduled with few absences
Work well with a team
Stay organized, positive and motivated in a busy environment
