Our organization, Lebenshilfe Heidelberg e.

V., operates under the principle that "housing is a human right." We offer a range of personalized assistance services through our Wohnverbund (living community).

Currently, we have 135 residents with varying levels of support living in our Wohnverbund, including two residential homes in Heidelberg and Sandhausen, shared living arrangements, a training apartment, and support through our outpatient services.


We are currently seeking a
Cleaning Staff (m/f/d) to join our dedicated housekeeping team at our residential home in Heidelberg.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning resident rooms
  • Cleaning common areas, bathrooms, and toilets
  • Proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies

Your qualifications:

  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in cleaning
  • Proficient in written and spoken German
  • Enjoy working with people with disabilities
