To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a

Sustainability Management Employee (m/f/d) in Abtswind:

What will be your responsibilities?:

- (With/In) preparation and documentation of audits and questionnaire campaigns regarding the qualification and self-disclosure of suppliers (social/ethical and product quality/safety)

Data management and coordination for relevant audits and questionnaires, as well as internationally recognized sustainability certificates
Support and collaboration in the creation/revision of instructions, forms, and supplier questionnaires
Support in certificate management; e.g. documentation and traceability of batches, communication with control bodies and suppliers
Support in supplier management; e.g. evaluation of questionnaires, communication of corrective measures, and implementation control in collaboration with interface departments such as purchasing and quality assurance

What qualifications do you bring?:

Completed vocational training or degree in quality or sustainability management
Passion for our plantbased raw materials and a strong interest in sustainability, ideally with some professional experience in this field
Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with document management systems, and common quality management systems
