We are currently seeking a * Payroll and Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) for our client in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf. This position is to be filled immediately through direct placement.

Your profile as a Payroll and Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d):

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
Specialized training, e.g. as a specialist or business administrator, is advantageous
Several years of professional experience
In-depth knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law required
Excellent German language skills are essential
Proficient in MS Office, DATEV, and ideally HRworks and IFS Your responsibilities in accounting:
Independent processing of monthly payroll in DATEV
Diligent maintenance of employee master data and time tracking
Processing of all payroll-related tasks, such as wage and salary statements, social security contributions, and tax returns
Preparation of financial statements and reports
Collaboration with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
