We are currently seeking a * Payroll and Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) for our client in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf. This position is to be filled immediately through direct placement.

Your profile as a Payroll and Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d):

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Specialized training, e.g. as a specialist or business administrator, is advantageous
  • Several years of professional experience
  • In-depth knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law required
  • Excellent German language skills are essential
  • Proficient in MS Office, DATEV, and ideally HRworks and IFS Your responsibilities in accounting:
  • Independent processing of monthly payroll in DATEV
  • Diligent maintenance of employee master data and time tracking
  • Processing of all payroll-related tasks, such as wage and salary statements, social security contributions, and tax returns
  • Preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Collaboration with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
