We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Clerk in full-time employment for a long-term position as part of direct placement. The company is a globally operating company based in 28307 Bremen in the machinery and plant construction industry, which is known for its appreciative work environment and innovative ideas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders and organizing processes
  • Planning the workload and assignments of service technicians as well as monitoring working hours
  • Corresponding with customers as the first point of contact
  • Taking over your own dispatch region once you are trained

What we are looking for:

  • You have a successful commercial education, such as in wholesale and foreign trade, office communication or similar
  • Career changers are welcome
  • You ideally have experience in deployment planning or in a technical/service-oriented call center
  • Experienced in using MS Office
  • Very good German and good English skills
