Understand, advance, improve - As a distributor for photovoltaic components and solutions, our family team works at a total of six locations worldwide to understand the needs of our diverse customers, promote the spread of sustainable solar energy, and improve the efficiency of installed systems. We take our responsibility seriously to supply the growing solar market with expertise and enthusiasm, with intelligent solutions and top-quality inverters and solar modules.

To strengthen our team in Sonthofen, we are currently looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) as a customer service representative - after sales.

Your job - You take us further - with accuracy and care


• Support of our long-standing national and international customers

• Regular, independent contact with customers

• Ability to provide information on the status of customer orders, responsibility for the current representation of order backlogs, and their control through reporting

• Collaboration with the sales team in processing orders and after-sales service

• Verification and maintenance of customer master data

• Participation in the determination of key figures (KPIs)

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an industrial clerk, freight forwarder (m/f/d), or a similar qualification with initial experience in dealing with customers
