ViaNobis - Supported Living
Haus Felix is a protected facility with 24 residential places. The support services offered by the house are aimed at people with chronic mental disabilities and existing self-endangerment.

From the day of admission, we work with clients on the perspective of leaving the house in a few years and transitioning to independent living.

Working in a protected facility requires the team's willingness to engage intensively and individually with the clients.
Your tasks
Accompanying residents in the support system; jointly developing an individual goal planning and supporting residents in their individual development
Creating a therapeutic environment in the daily life of the residential group; conducting learning and training activities
Collaboration with the residents' support system and cooperation partners
Administration of medication and basic care
Your profile
You are a social care worker, nurse, or elderly care nurse (m/f/d)
Interest in shift work (no night shifts)
Enjoyment of dynamic teamwork
Willingness to further develop your skills in the context of your tasks
Driver's license
