Your Responsibilities:

Providing basic care measures under professional guidance and simple treatment measures
Assisting with household tasks
Documenting daily activities and planning, scheduling, and accompanying appointments
Supporting the care team in creating care plans for residents
Participating in the development and implementation of individual care plans
Carrying out planned assistance measures under supervision
Administering medication according to doctor's orders (after training and guidance from the care team)

Qualifications:

Completed training as a (senior) care assistant, child caregiver, social assistant, or other qualification in the care field
Experience working with people with disabilities and providing care
High level of empathy towards residents and their families
