Summary:
- The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct 3month business forecasts, including comprehensive forecasts on logistics cost and overhead expenses as well as of business environmental changes to provide better financial visibility to management.
- Analyze data and compare to the monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast to track cost fluctuation.
- Prepare financial related analysis and research in area such financial and cost saving performance measure
- Create, Update and maintain financial model of logistics cost to support decision making process
- Prepare and perform monthend closing from a managerial standpoint, using SAP Controlling (CO) module while closely monitoring expenses/cost allocation of various profit segments/cost centers.
- Manage both operation performance and financial KPI, analyze and develop based on changing
- Simulate warehouse space based on GSCM forecast and prevent possible capacity issue of WH storage
- Support adhoc report
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or similar
- Expertise with SAP and advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage and work effectively within crossfunctional groups.
- Experience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning or financial planning systems is highly desired. (SAP, etc.)
- Proven success in a highly dynamic, deadlinedriven environment.
- Should have advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills.
- Strong communication, both written (PPT presentations) and oral skills.
- The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
- Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
- Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks
- Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
- Basic knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
- 02 years financial and/or accounting experience required.

$ $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
