The team in Roosevelt Gardens, FL is in need of an additional receptionist who is passionate about ensuring smooth operations within the practice and coordinating patient appointments


Responsibilities:

  • You are an organizational talent and with your friendly demeanor, you are the first point of contact for our clients in person, on the phone, or via email.
  • Your challenge is to plan appointments optimally in our practice software as the interface between the practice and the patient. This includes daily tasks, vacation planning, prescription checks, and communication with prescribing doctors.

Qualifications:

Your skills:

  • You enjoy working with computers and they enjoy working with you.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the internet.
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in written correspondence.
  • Interest or experience in dealing with medical guidelines, billing, and prescription management.
