We are currently seeking a young leader in the tire retail industry (m/f/d) for our 24-month development program in the North Baden/Neckar-Odenwald region.

For over 70 years, the Pneuhage Group has been a successful service and trading company in the tire, rim, and automotive service industry, with multiple tire renewal facilities.

We employ over 2,400 people nationwide and have a presence at over 160 locations.

Pneuhage Reifendienste Süd GmbH is part of our group and impresses with its brand-independent expertise in tires and automotive services at 28 locations.


Your responsibilities:


As part of the development program, you will get to know the dynamic and diverse world of tire retail as well as our company, culture, and passion for our products and services from the ground up.

You will actively shape your training program and have an impact on your future development at Pneuhage. The goal of the program is to take on a leadership position (e.g. inside sales management) at our branches or pursue a specialist career path (e.g. product consulting) in our sales territories.

The practical part of the training will take place at our locations in Bruchsal, Hockenheim, Walldorf, Speyer, Germersheim, Heilbronn, Sinsheim, Alzey, and Kirchheimbolanden.
