We are looking for team leaders (m/w/d) for our location in Manching, IA to join our team at MEWA, a world leader with a long-standing tradition.


As a service partner for companies, MEWA not only rents cleaning cloths, but also provides representative clothing for various professions, from functional workwear for trades and industries to fashionable business attire and protective and hygiene clothing.

After use, the textiles are washed, repaired, and replaced in our facilities before being returned to the customer.

In this role, you will support the shift manager in organizing and implementing operational processes in our workwear facility. As a team leader, you will train, guide, and supervise approximately 30 employees in coordination with your supervisor. You will also work alongside your team in all areas to ensure smooth processes and achieve company goals.

Your close involvement in the operations will provide valuable insights for the shift manager to optimize production and process technology.
