These are your tasks

  • In September, you will start with the theory and learn all about our raw material milk and its properties in detail.
  • In the company, you will learn everything you need for the analysis, testing, and quality control of dairy products.
  • Then it's time to get hands-on with the milk and we will show you how the processing works, what sensory testing is all about, which techniques you use to take samples and then analyze them.
  • Afterwards, you will evaluate the results and give assessments.
  • Last but not least, environmental protection, efficient energy utilization, and relevant legal regulations are on the agenda.
