Your future responsibilities:

Building and expanding the network and positioning in the market
Guiding and leading the internal team
Taking over budget and revenue responsibility for the branch
Developing and implementing strategic concepts for business development
Identifying and monitoring market trends
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards
Analyzing and continuously optimizing work processes and procedures within the branch
Reliably and competently taking responsibility for your employees and clients and regularly reporting to regional and executive management

Your profile:

Several years of professional experience in the field of temporary staffing
Ideally, you have already led a team to success and have expertise in the fields of medicine, pedagogy, and/or nursing
Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and Zvoove
