Job in Zurich:

As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers after they have been acquired, guiding them through the entire onboarding process.

Your responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

You will have direct contact with all of our customers and work closely with our sales and product development teams.

Your tasks will include:

Acting as the main point of contact for our customers (via email and phone)
Proactively addressing customer needs and questions and providing quick and effective solutions
Welcoming new customers, providing training and support to ensure successful use of our product
Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular quality checks and NPS surveys; identifying potential for optimization.
