Your profile as a substitute:

  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing care nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or nursing professional (m/f/d).
  • Willingness to relocate within the regions of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.
  • Commitment and sense of responsibility.
  • Professional and organizational competence.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and ability to work in a team.
  • Open and positive attitude towards residents, family members, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Social competence and empathy.
  • Sense of responsibility and flexibility.

Your tasks as a substitute:

  • Independent, holistic, and activating care based on current medical and nursing knowledge.
  • Actively contribute to creating an atmosphere in which residents feel safe and secure.
  • Responsible for implementing quality assurance measures.
  • Cooperate with all departments of the facility and representatives of other professions.

Offer:

  • Salary of 6000 Euro.
