    agile frameworks without being dogmatic.
  • As an agile *conductor*, you orchestrate
    agile values at the organizational level and promote an agile mindset and leadership culture.
  • Through continuous knowledge and experience exchange with your coaching team, you drive the development of the entire company.
  • As an
    agile ambassador, you occasionally speak at events, moderate workshops, or accompany change processes.

  • You have
    several years of practical coaching experience, possibly with a solid coaching education
  • asking good questions is your strength
  • You are an expert in agile methods and organizational structures and enjoy constantly expanding your repertoire.
  • You have practical experience with frameworks such as
    Scrum, Kanban, or
    OKR.
  • Terms like team dynamics, bottleneck theory, teal organizations, management 3.0, holacracy, and design sprint are not foreign to you.
