Your Responsibilities:


  • Creation of detailed project schedules for all phases of pharmaceutical and chemical plant construction projects
  • Optimization of schedules and tracking of all project activities
  • Support of project management in planning project execution and project control to meet schedule and progress requirements
  • Preparation of internal and external status reports including progress measurements
  • Coordination of various work packages with internal and external project partners
  • Evaluation of schedule planning for all project partners and suppliers
  • Communication and coordination with customers, as well as internal and external partners regarding schedule information

Your Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in schedule planning for multidisciplinary investment projects in plant construction
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
  • Ideally, knowledge of Primavera P
  • Fluent in German
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Convincing appearance, organizational skills, and flexibility
