Responsibilities:
Monitoring dietary guidelines in the kitchen and restaurant
Preparing meals according to the Buchinger Wilhelmi nutrition guidelines
Assisting with nutrition counseling, including conducting consultations, creating meal plans, and giving nutritionrelated presentations and cooking classes
Preparing lunch boxes
Various other tasks in the clinic kitchen
Requirements:
Completed training as a dietitian (w/m/d) or a comparable degree in nutrition
Experience with and knowledge of food preparation
Enjoyment of work and a strong focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
Enjoyment of vegetarian cooking
Full vaccination against the coronavirus
