As a successful medium-sized company in the logistics industry, GFT Logistic GmbH delivers fresh and ultra-fresh products just-in-time to all well-known retail chains.

Our company includes the headquarters in Möckmühl as well as branches in Hannover and Osterfeld, and approximately 100 refrigerated vehicles.

Logistics Group Leader (m/f/d)

Location:
Königheim, Germany

Responsibilities:

Taking on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a shift team
Monitoring of picking, restocking, and loading processes
Conducting shifts and vacation planning
Training of new team members
Handling of complaints

Qualifications:

Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or relevant work experience with a focus on logistics
Reliability and team spirit are your strengths
You are physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
You are comfortable working with people from different cultures and are open to different languages and traditions
Willingness to work weekends and shifts

Shift system: 3 shifts (10:00 am - 6:30 pm | 8:00 pm - 4:30 am | 12:00 am - 8
