As the Service Manager* (all genders) at Stony Ridge, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our service processes. We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an Incident Manager, Technical Support Engineer or equivalent to join our team as a Service Manager* with technical hands-on expertise (all genders).

Your mission:

  • You will be responsible for identifying and quickly communicating incidents to minimize operational disruptions.
  • You will manage and prioritize incoming service requests, coordinating teams and resources to ensure efficient resolution.
  • You will support the product manager in strategic planning and continuous improvement of our service offerings.
  • Through continuous monitoring of system performance, creating SLA reports, and analyzing platform performance, you will identify weaknesses and potential for improvement early on.
  • You will organize and participate in endtoend troubleshooting meetings with relevant stakeholders, where your technical knowledge and quick understanding are crucial.
  • You will create and maintain hardware forecasts
