What to expect

The Technology department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of buildings and technical systems at ZfP Südwürttemberg. The main tasks include providing technical services and utilities, maintenance and optimization of systems, and supervision of technical trades.

Your tasks

Carrying out and organizing maintenance and repair work in the heating and plumbing sector
Monitoring and carrying out minor renovation work in building technology
Availability for troubleshooting as part of an on-call duty
Assisting with the operation of the heating center with rapid steam generator
Operating and monitoring the building control system
What you bring

A completed apprenticeship as a heating or plumbing installer or HVAC technician
Good knowledge in the field of building maintenance
Independent and proactive approach
Conscientious, efficient, and extremely reliable work
