We are looking for floor layers (m/f/d) in Hillsboro. We offer you a challenging apprenticeship where you will learn a lot. Therefore, we are looking for motivated girls and boys who are ready to take on responsibility. We support and challenge you and are excited to have you join our team.

What you will learn in theory:

  • Get to know different types of flooring and materials
  • Practice calculations
  • Create quotes and invoices
  • Technical drawing
  • Quality control
  • Occupational safety

What you will do in practice:

  • Cut and lay flooring
  • Prepare subfloors by filling, sanding, and cleaning
  • Sand and treat installed floors
  • Weld and fuse flooring
  • Measure rooms and calculate material needs
  • Create various sound and thermal insulation
  • Clean and maintain floors
  • Interact with customers and architects

Your profile:

  • Good secondary school diploma
  • Good grades in math and crafts
  • You are dedicated and flexible
  • Physically fit and flexible
  • Good manual skills
  • Spatial imagination
  • Understanding of technical processes
