- Assist in onboarding new physicians and staff for effective product use.
- Facilitate meetings to resolve issues and enhance provider relationships.
- Educate physician practices on policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance and troubleshoot provider issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Altais' services and products.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in health care administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in patient and physician portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMH/EMR systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
