The Apprenticeship:

Do you have a good secondary school leaving certificate, high school diploma or a degree from a higher commercial school already in your pocket or will you receive it soon? Do you enjoy working with people and thrive in a team environment? Are you interested in commercial processes and maybe even share our passion for tea? Then we would be happy to receive your application.

During your apprenticeship, you will gradually go through all relevant departments, where you will always have a direct contact person. In addition to import, purchasing and sales, order processing and accounting, you will also gain insight into logistics, warehouse management and export at external partners.

Product knowledge is our top priority, so you will spend a lot of time in our sample rooms at the beginning to get to know and understand the tea product.

In addition to the traditional apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant, we also offer the opportunity to train as a tea taster. This will give you the opportunity to get to know a great product and specialize in it.
