Project Manager for Occupational Safety (m/f/d) in Hamburg.
Your responsibilities:
- Participation in accident investigations and identification of potential hazards, including root cause analysis and implementation of appropriate countermeasures
- Summarizing and prioritizing all countermeasures and developing a roadmap for continuous improvement of occupational safety in production
- Comprehensive management of projects to improve occupational safety, from planning and application to implementation and documentation
- Close and continuous coordination with all project stakeholders, including reporting project status and representing it to the steering and management team.
Your profile:
- Completed degree in engineering or technical training
- Strong assertiveness and decisionmaking skills
- Technical expertise
- Authentic and confident demeanor, with selfdiscipline in adhering to regulations and guidelines
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
