We are looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for the Department of Public Order in the areas of "Weapons, Accommodation and Health Law" with Stella.

Your tasks:
You will handle the revocation process of firearms permits, including reviewing appeals.

You will review regulatory interventions in the field of healthcare, the Infection Protection Act, and, if necessary, order the placement of students according to the School Act.

You will provide legal advice to the department's employees. You will support the department's management in conceptual considerations. You will handle the process of accommodating mentally ill individuals. You will coordinate the recognition of life savers in collaboration with the Mayor's Office. You will handle tasks related to the city's police regulations (e.g. noise protection and neighbor law). You will represent the department's management in case of absence.

Your profile:

You have a degree in higher administrative service (diploma or bachelor's), as a public administration specialist or a comparable qualification.

You work in a structured, results-oriented and customer-oriented manner, are responsible and support teamwork. You are proficient in using computers and common office applications.
