The job * Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of real estate accounting for institutional and private owners * Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements * Preparation of value added tax returns (options, calculations of changes in use, input tax corrections, and sales and input tax reconciliations) * Preparation and discussion of financial reporting, balance sheet and income statement analyses, as well as commenting on results and variances * Financial monitoring of real estate projects (controlling, investment calculations) * Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders * Deputy role within a collegial and friendly team * Participation in internal projects Your profile * Completed further education as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
