Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for selling Home & Living products in the premium and luxury segment
  • You will accompany and advise our customers with passion and provide them with excellent customer service
  • You are responsible for driving the customer loyalty program for longterm customer retention
  • You are responsible for merchandising according to store guidelines
  • You support visual merchandising according to store guidelines and in the area of logistics

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and ideally first experience in selling luxury products in the Home & Living sector
  • Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in sales with a natural willingness to provide service
  • Always informed about the latest trends
  • Fluent in German and good English skills for communication with international customers
  • Additional languages such as Russian or Chinese are an advantage
