Description

We are currently partnering with a leading global semiconductor company located in the Mannheim region, who is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee and manage various projects related to their wafer production in Crawfordville.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the development of new processes and products.
Managing projects related to new plant integration, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
Enhancing process stability.
Implementing Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and defining control limits.
Conducting experimental variations (DOEs) for process optimization in diffusion.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2-3 years of experience in Process Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
Proficiency in utilizing various problem-solving methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, DMAIC, etc.
Fluency in German at a B1/B2 level.
