  • You are responsible for achieving goals in the specialty store and always keep an eye on business metrics
  • Our customers are your top priority, and you offer individual solutions in serviceoriented sales and consultation conversations
  • You excel at implementing our sales routines and ensure an exceptional customer experience with optimal processes in the specialty store
  • You continuously develop your specialty store, implement local measures, and serve as an important contact for the ENT doctors of our customers

Your Profile:


  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Aid Master (m/f/d)
  • You always act with a customeroriented mindset and enjoy consultation and sales
  • You possess strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • You enjoy working in a team and are committed to achieving shared success
  • You are organized, highly flexible, and responsible
