The Facility Management of the Mitte district manages the entire life cycle of the properties owned by the district and optimizes their inventory and usage structure.

This includes, among other things, site search, leasing and rental, management and administration, in parts also operation of the properties, as well as planning and implementation of construction projects.

The Facility Management service unit at the Mitte district office is currently looking for a temporary replacement for parental leave until approximately April 21, 2025 for a:
