Phone Order Taker / Customer Service Catering

Zorns is currently looking for a seasoned, mature, reliable, part-time, friendly, outgoing, experienced and responsible person to join us for our catering and take-home phone order position for our beloved 75+ year old, fast-paced and exciting take-out restaurant.

This is a part-time position and is an exciting chance to be part of a LI institution, beloved restaurant, and historical landmark - Zorn's of Bethpage.

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:

• Taking phone orders with a friendly attitude
• Assisting customers to understand their needs
• Providing a great service experience for every customer
• Knowledge of the menu, answer questions and offer suggestions
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Taking orders facetoface
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers
• Various daily assignments
• Board of Health knowledge a plus not mandatory (classes offered)

Hours Can Range Between:

11AM - 7:30PM, Closed Tuesdays
