The DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH, as part of Deutsche Bahn, is responsible for implementing the commissioning of the new Wendlingen-Ulm line in 2022 and the restructuring of the Stuttgart railway hub in 2025.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer for Overhead Lines (m/f/d) for the DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH at our location in Stuttgart.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing challenging tasks in the field of overhead lines (OLA) and 50 Hz technology at the new train depot in Stuttgart Untertürkheim
Providing technical leadership as a project engineer in the contract management of the overhead line and 50 Hz systems at the train depot
Working closely with the team to ensure that planning, construction, and testing activities are carried out in accordance with the contract and quality standards
Taking on project management tasks related to cost, schedule, and quality to ensure project success
Successfully moderating communication with the system operator and contractors from a operational perspective
Contributing your expertise and experience to a strong team dynamic

Your profile:

Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field
Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship as a statecertified electrical engineer (IHK) or a comparable qualification with extensive knowledge
