The focus of your new role is in the areas of CNC control and automation technology.
Your tasks include customer support and application on the Sinumerik and Simatic control systems.
Independent diagnosis and resolution of functional problems (e.g. use of diagnostic tools, replacement of components, adjustment of parameters).
Complete project planning, commissioning and modification or expansion of products and systems (e.g. integration into customerspecific software, adding components to systems and devices, possibly writing custom software tools for integration of thirdparty products).
Independent execution of highly complex commissioning tasks according to specifications.
Conducting customer meetings related to orders (e.g. feedback on completed orders and/or additional marketing opportunities for services and additional services).
You are part of an oncall team and take on oncall duty.
