After individual training on site, at headquarters, and at one of our training centers, you will be the face of our branch:

You are responsible for achieving your company's goals through a motivating leadership style
Relevant key figures help you steer the operation
Through leadership, development, and inspiration, you assemble your perfect team
By observing and analyzing the market, competition, and customers, you expand your customer base
Through strategic preparation, individual consultation, and appreciative communication, you create an environment that inspires our customers every day

YOUR PROFILE

Completed commercial and/or technical education
Strong customer and service orientation as well as sales skills
Industry knowledge and leadership experience are advantageous
Basic understanding of business administration as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Proficient in using computers
Driver's license class B
