- Performing traditional administrative and organizational tasks: such as processing orders, creating personnel files, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, recording receipts, etc.
- Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks
- Composing letters, emails, notes, and minutes
- Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters
- Assisting with event management in organizing trips and seminars
- Completing purchases and daily todo tasks
