We are currently looking for a
Human Resources/HR Employee in full-time or part-time (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Applicant management: Correspondence with applicants and coordination of application appointments
- General administrative tasks from employee hiring to termination
- Management of the time tracking system Filosof
- Preparation and follow-up of monthly salary statements and cooperation with an external payroll accounting
- Communication with authorities, health insurance companies, as well as the Chamber of Commerce and vocational schools
- Management of care for arrivals and departures in our employee housing
- Contact person for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters
- Participation in current HR projects (e.g. apprentice evening, internal training)
Your profile
- Professional experience in human resources/payroll accounting
- Completed commercial training or a business administration degree (preferably with a focus on HR)
- Familiar with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
