Smithville 'Die thomas next' is a group of various companies that were spun off from the thomas group. It is an independent group of companies and a medium-sized business in the construction industry.

With locations in Germany, Denmark, and Poland, thomas next is very successful in the areas of concrete components, transportation, asphalt-stone, special binders, and road construction.

By the way, with our asphalt-stone business segment, we operate two quarries and six modern asphalt mixing plants in the regions of Rhineland-Palatinate, Thuringia, and the greater Nuremberg area.

Our customers are familiar with our products and trust our services. We are currently looking for a TRUCK SCALE OPERATOR (M/F/D) for our location in 55496 Argenthal.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You weigh incoming and outgoing trucks
  • You create weigh tickets and exit documents
  • You document and track the weight of materials and trucks
  • You ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • You maintain the truck scale and surrounding area
  • You communicate with truck drivers and other team members in a professional manner
  • You assist with other tasks as needed.
