**LRE Medical GmbH, founded in 1961 with locations in Nördlingen and Munich, is an innovative, international company in the field of optical and electrochemical analysis systems, primarily used in medical diagnostics. We manufacture customer-oriented products of high quality, making us a valued partner for medical diagnostic industry companies.


We are looking for an Operational Purchaser (m/f/d) for our purchasing department at our Nördlingen location.

Your tasks:

  • Submitting purchase requests to external suppliers and monitoring orders until delivery or performance
  • If necessary: Reminding suppliers of delays or poor performance and initiating corrective actions and countermeasures
  • Maintaining purchasing conditions, supplier and material master data, and checking and recording order confirmations from suppliers
  • Close collaboration with strategic purchasing and other internal interfaces to successfully implement our category strategies
  • Managing relationships with suppliers (correspondence and contact maintenance)
  • Proactive procurement and inventory management, as well as monitoring stock levels and lead times
  • Obtaining and evaluating supplier offers, including price and cost monitoring
  • Handling complaints and returns
  • Creating purchasingrelated evaluations and other administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Technical or business education with several years of professional experience in operational purchasing
  • Good technical understanding would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Very good user knowledge of an ERP system and confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Proactively driving changes to support department and company goals
