Description

Tasks:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the buildings and infrastructure areas to be maintained on Pine Island
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating/air conditioning/ventilation/sanitation)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections, as well as proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Accompanying and supporting technical operations for the client
  • Digital documentation of completed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)
  • Availability for on-call and emergency services

Your Profile:

  • Technical education, such as in HVAC systems, mechatronics, construction or building installation, or a similar qualification
  • Ideally with several years of experience in building maintenance
  • Customer-oriented and dedicated employees, with a strong sense of teamwork and reliability
  • Fluent in German (C1 level) and possession of a Class B driver's license
